Hi, I’m Serena, a proud mum of two girls and the heart behind “Heart in Motion.” Born in Auckland, New Zealand, with vibrant Singaporean roots, I’ve been fortunate to embrace diverse cultures throughout my life. Growing up in Fiji, Indonesia, China, and Australia has shaped my multicultural identity, and now I call Hong Kong home.

My corporate journey has taken me to cities like London, Singapore, and Edinburgh, enriching my perspective and experiences. With over 20 years in the business world, I have developed a deep passion for transformation, change, and executive coaching.

Since 2017, I have been coaching both corporate clients and individuals, utilizing the Coactive coaching method. I am also trained in the Leadership Circle Profile and position myself as a change agent. My mission is to help individuals uncover and elevate their inner strengths, aligning their hearts and passions with actionable steps.
